About Me


My name is Terry Jones and I am a Professional Chef in Atlanta, Georgia with over 16 years of experience. I've led the "back of the house" at some of Atlanta's most beloved and sought-out restaurants to ensure that all of my guest enjoy the highest quality food and dining experiences.

I have held multiple positions in restaurants, from Sous Chef to Executive Chef. Since then I've starting operating my small catering service, It's Go Thyme, for the past couple of years. I finally decided I wanted to pursue my ultimate dream of having something of my own - It's Go Thyme Food Truck.
